Hi, I'm John and Third Coast Recording Co. is my studio. I received my Bachelors of Science in Audio Engineering from the Art Institute of Houston in 2011. By 25, I was made lead engineer at one of Houston's top professional recording studios. Prompted by my passion for the production of up and coming local Houston talent, in 2015, I established Third Coast Recording Company out of my adolescent bedroom. Over the last 9 years, a lot has changed. We’ve moved the studio three times and have now landed comfortably at our new facility in the historic East End neighborhood in Houston, Texas. One thing has remained a constant though. Third Coast is dedicated firmly to the production of the highest possible quality at a rate that makes sense for independent artists. Whether you’re local to the Houston area, stopping in on tour or booking from abroad, we have the tools, skills and experience to bring your creative vision to life.
